Chuck Hardy , Senior Vice President
Chuck has responsibility for application development and support for both our cost development application (PCA) and our profitability application (PPA). As the principal designer of our PPA application, he has been responsible for documenting and supporting all of our data interface requirements and standards. A banker for 20 years before starting his software career, Chuck is at home discussing profitability methodologies as he is database design.

Dan Hill, Vice President
Dan is a senior project manager and is responsible for the implementation of our solutions to our customers. Dan manages our project teams during all phases of implementation, including requirements identification, cost development, initialization of our profitability application, customer validation and development of profitability-based recommendations for net income lift. Dan has over 30 years of banking experience with extensive hands-on skills in the areas of bank costing and profitability analysis. He is a senior member of our methodology development team and speaks frequently on customer profitability management.

Brent Lapp, Vice President
Brent is currently a Vice President of Sales with responsibilities for cultivating new business and assisting with existing customer relationships. He has extensive experience in technology infrastructure consulting/sales and in selling hosted software solutions and spent the last few years concentrating his sales and training efforts on the financial services marketplace. Prior to beginning his corporate sales career almost 10 years ago, Brent received a Master's Degree from the University of Virginia.

Jim Parmiter , Executive Vice President
Jim is responsible for managing all aspects of the delivery of our solutions to our customers. He manages a team of profitability professionals who develop behavior-based costs, document profitability and cost development requirements, initialize our profitability application, generate profitability reports and analyze profitability results for net income improvement. Jim has over 23 years of experience in management accounting, financial accounting and profitability measurement/management and also leads our methodology development team.

Joseph Prunty, President, CEO and Founder
Joe founded CorePROFIT in December 1999 after spending several years leading sales and marketing divisions at Oracle and SAP. A banker for 19 years in NY and CA, he migrated to management roles at several software firms where he was able to leverage his banking knowledge. Joe is a frequent speaker at banking and credit union conferences on topics related to profitability measurement and management.

Cal Quinn, Vice President
Cal is currently Vice President of Sales with responsibilities for developing new business and nurturing existing customer relationships. He is a qualified solutions sales representative with significant hands-on technology sales experience within the institutional investment management community. Prior to his current work with banks and credit unions of all asset sizes, Cal focused his skills on developing business relationships with broker/dealers, investment management firms, trust companies and wealth management divisions within banks. Cal is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and served our country as a Naval Officer.

Larry Tankeloff, COO
Larry is responsible for all day to day operations of CorePROFIT Solutions other than the Sales organization. Larry joins the company after 18 years running core processing and other various business units for FISERV Inc. in the Credit Union industry. He also serves on several Credit Union Committees’ and is on the Board of Directors for Citadel Federal Credit Union. Larry has over 25 year of experience in managing data center operations, client services, systems implementation, and account management organizations.
